About the event

Join us for an enchanting evening under the full moon at the picturesque Cedardale barn, located at 328a River Rd. Nestled in nature, the cedar barn provides the perfect setting for a magical cacao ceremony and sound bath meditation experience.

Upon arrival at 6:00pm, you will have the opportunity to mingle and connect with fellow attendees while enjoying light music in the background. This is a great time to relax and settle into the serene atmosphere before the evening's activities begin.

At 6:45pm, gather around the bonfire for a deeply immersive cacao ceremony led by Rachel of Maya Luna. Allow the ceremonial-grade cacao to open your heart and invite intention setting for the evening ahead.

After a brief break from 7:15pm to 7:30pm, prepare to journey deeper into relaxation as you settle in for the transformative sound bath experience. From 7:30pm to 8:45pm, Rachelle and Rachael, experienced sound healers and practitioners, will lead you through a harmonious and healing sound bath session in the inviting ambiance of the cedar barn.

As the sound bath comes to a close, there will be time for reflection and discussion from 8:45pm to 9:00pm, allowing you to share your experiences and insights with the group.

Rachelle, a sound healer, QHHT practitioner, Reiki healer, and hypnotherapy practitioner, will guide you through the sound bath alongside Rachael, singer, sound healer, reiki healer and co-owner of the Harmonic Egg Ottawa. Rachel of Maya Luna will lead the cacao ceremony and offer her products for sale, providing a holistic and immersive experience for all attendees.

We look forward to welcoming you to a night of healing, connection, and transformation on the full moon of September 17th at the Cedardale barn.
